Hygiene is essential to be considered in our everyday life and everyone is expected to have good hygiene. That being said, when it comes to feminine hygiene, it’s significant for women to be diligent and constant in preserving the cleanliness of their vagina. But not all have the knowledge on how to keep it fresh, so here I am sharing my knowledge based on my research and experiences.
Not all of us can afford a regular consultation with the experts due to lack of free time or lack of money, because we all know not all consultations are free. But in case you have an opportunity, do visit a gynaecologist. They are the experts when it comes to our vag and whatever is related to it. They can tell you how healthy your coochie is, they will let you know what you should do or use to keep it clean and safe. The common suggestion that I get from the experts is to avoid making a bush out of your coochie. You really got to trim it down, Girl. Pubic hair can cause foul smell. You don’t want to smell fishy down there, don’t you?
Well, trimming it down is not enough, you have to wash your vag often and wash it gently and thoroughly. After washing you’ve got to wipe it clean and dry before wearing a breathable undies and/or pads.
Simple washing or cleaning is often not enough especially if you have vaginitis, vaginal odor, and unusual vaginal discharges. There are different feminine cleanser products but not all are proven and tested to be safe and doing its job well. So, why not use a cleanser that is dermatologist tested and FDA approved. A product that is made in Korea and is well-known for its wonderful benefits such as removal of foul odors and vaginal discharge and improves Urinary Incontinence (Involuntary urination). I’m talking about Jil Gyung Yi Feminine Cleanser, a feminine cleanser that is made of organic ingredients (list of ingredients below).
It is said to be safe and can be used by females all over the age of 4. Jil Gyung Yi prevents and treats vaginitis, vaginal relaxation syndrome and vaginal dryness, it also reduces menstrual cramps, and itchiness.
Know my thoughts about the product below:
Those are not the only way you can keep your vagina fresh, you have got to stay hydrated and eat healthy foods. Eating a lot of fresh citrus fruits like pineapple, grapefruit and orange juice and vegetables like cucumber and parsley will give your coochie a fresh smelling scent.
All that while staying hydrated is a big impact, for water flushes out toxins in our body. If you can’t drink a lot of water you can try drinking green tea or other detox drinks you can think of to eliminate the reek.
How about you? What do you do to make your vagina fresh? Let em know and maybe we can share it with our sisters.
