By 2050, older persons aged 60 and above will make up 24 percent of the population in Asia. At the same time, the Korea population is aging faster than the rest of the world, and the country is on track to become the world’s most aged society by 2067. This means that many of those in their 20s and 30s today would also have moved into the ranks of the elderly by then as life expectancy continues to improve with better quality care.

Taking an advance reality check, how could we then put ourselves on the path towards healthy aging earlier on in life? According to Herbalife Nutrition’s 2018 Asia Pacific Healthy Aging Survey, 97 percent of Koreans believe that active steps can be taken to help them age healthily. 81 percent believe that by this can be achieved by making better nutrition choices, while 74 percent believe that this can be achieved by engaging in more regular physical activity.

How to keep your Vagina Fresh

Hygiene is essential to be considered in our everyday life and everyone is expected to have good hygiene. That being said, when it comes to feminine hygiene, it’s significant for women to be diligent and constant in preserving the cleanliness of their vagina. Not all of us can afford a regular consultation with the experts due to lack of free time or lack of money, because we all know not all consultations are free. But in case you have an opportunity, do visit a gynaecologist. They are the experts when it comes to our vag and whatever is related to it. They can tell you how healthy your coochie is, they will let you know what you should do or use to keep it clean and safe. The common suggestion that I get from the experts is to avoid making a bush out of your coochie. You really got to trim it down, Girl. Pubic hair can cause foul smell. You don’t want to smell fishy down there, don’t you?

Well, trimming it down is not enough, you have to wash your vag often and wash it gently and thoroughly. After washing you’ve got to wipe it clean and dry before wearing a breathable undies and/or pads.
