I am so glad I have witnessed a marvelous event last Saturday, November 24, 2018 at SM Mall of Asia. MOA started the most awaited festival of lights parade of the year – The MOA Grand Festival of Lights Parade, which is now on its 10th year. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to bring my son. I’m sure he’ll love it too because I did. It brought out the kid in me.

MOA showed that holidays are more magical and memorable with Santa’s magical friends, Leo the Lion, Hailey the Hippo, Gerry the Giraffe, Macky the Monkey, Cyril the Squirrel, Benny the Bunny, Elly the Elephant and Hanna the Panda who joined the parade for a Winter Wonderland Christmas adventure. Six magical floats were shown and set to music and dance the night away. Together with Oppo, Lady’s Choice, Toy Kingdom, SM Store, PLDT, SMART and Coca-Cola, this year’s festivity is set to be the most memorable parade ever. I must say that my favorite float was Oppo’s Float that has a ballerina inside a snowball.

The most awaited holiday tradition at MOA is a feast for everyone’s eyes and always ready to bring wonders to all kids and kids-at-heart with the multi-sensory parade like no other. Everything is made largest and brightest with six over the top winter Christmas floats come to life together with over a hundred characters dancing and spreading happiness to all capped with the breathtaking fireworks display at Seaside Boulevard.

Spectacular parade shows can be witnessed every Saturday until Christmas Day, 5:30PM at North and South arcades. Visit Mall of Asia and be in for a special treat and magical moments with your family and friends.

SM Mall of Asia, keeping their promise of being the best destination this Holiday season, they have arranged a lot of activities for everyone such as the meet-and-greet sessions with Santa and his MOA magical friends. Prepare your kids to whisper their Christmas wishes as they sit on Santa’s lap or help them write it down and send their list at the Santa Mail. Mall goers will also be in for a special surprise as they take seflies and insta-stories with the huge MOA magical snow globe at the atrium or the 30 ft. gigantic MOA Santa at the MOA Complex.

The magical experience of giving continues with SM Bears of Joy. For only 200 pesos, you can have a cute cuddly bear to keep, while another one will be donated to make a child happy at the chosen beneficiary, Kanlungan ni Erma.
