Teresita’s of San Fernando was developed from Teresita R. Razon’s Halo-halo and Palabok, which are the famous delicacies in Pampanga, in 2002. Teresita’s is managed by the sons of Teresita Razon,  Paulo and Ryan.

They recently made a hundred people happy by giving out free halo-halo during their new branch’s grand opening at UP Town Center last June 6, 2018 which started at 4  o’clock in the afternoon, featuring Mrs. Teresita Razon herself and members of her family.

If you are looking for delicious Filipino cuisine that serves breakfast meals all-day,  Teresita’s is the best place to go. Besides from the fact that it is easy to locate, the place is also very cozy. The interior design is very modern and popping which brings out the fun and youthfulness of the place which goes together with their accommodation.

Teresita’s of San Fernando is known for their Halo-halo that has Jackfruit, Macapuno strip, shaved ice and topped with big (compared to other restaurants) slices of leche flan.

Three of their best sellers are:

• Palabok

Just by looking at it made me crave for more of their palabok. The noodles are cooked just right and those creamy sauce tasted good.

• Kare-kare

You have to try their Kare-kare, it’s reallt delicious. I love how the vegetables are not over nor under cooked. The soup is not oily nor salty.

• Beef Kaldereta

Their Kaldereta, I must say, is my favorite. The beef is perfectly cooked. It’s soft and you won’t have a hard time slicing the beef or chewing it.
